1. Prepare Transformer Yard
Establish the foundation and layout for transformer installation.
• Mark transformer structure location
• Ensure proper earthing pits and foundations
• Verify clearances as per standards

2. Install Transformer Structure
Erect the transformer body and secure it for stability.
• Position transformer on foundation
• Align with yard layout
• Bolt and secure structure

3.Erect HT and LT Panels
Set up high-tension and low-tension panels for power distribution.
• Place HT panel near transformer
• Install LT panel for load distribution
• Connect busbars and ensure insulation

4. Fabricate Cable Tray Supports
Build supports using MS angles for cable routing.
• Cut MS angles to required size
• Weld and fix supports
• Ensure alignment and load capacity

5. Fabricate Cable Trays
Prepare trays to hold and protect cables.
• Measure tray dimensions
• Fabricate using sheet metal
• Apply anti-corrosion coating

6.Lay and Terminate Cables
Critical
Route cables through trays and connect to equipment.
• Pull cables through trays
• Terminate at transformer, panels, and loads
• Test insulation and continuity

7.Install Industrial Lighting
Provide illumination for operational safety and visibility.
• Fix poles and lighting fixtures
• Connect to LT panel circuits
• Test lighting coverage and functionality
